We kicked off the project with an interactive workshop involving key stakeholders from Hubo’s marketing and IT teams. This session helped us define the app’s core objectives, pinpoint user pain points and explore design directions ultimately shaping our design strategy to align with Hubo’s vision.
Our solution
Through the long standing partnership between Xplore Group and Hubo, we partnered with Fabrikate to craft a great mobile user experience. While Fabricate meticulously handled the UX/UI designs, we brought this to live in an iOS and Android mobile app.

Main features:
The native features in the Hubo mobile app focus on the loyalty aspect of the customer journey while the shopping experience is embedded via web pages. This created an optimal balance between cost and return and avoiding to duplicate complex logic.

- Bonus point history & coupons
- Wishlist
- Orders & receipts
The result:
The project lead to a modern, cross platform, mobile app which is a game change for Hubo in bringing their loyalty program directly into the hands of their customers.
Through intense collaboration between the Unlockd team and the Hubo back-end team we crafted the mobile experience and delivered this into the hands of ten thousands of users.
