Requirements

• •5+ years of Flutter/Dart development experience with proven leadership capabilities
• •Strong experience architecting scalable, maintainable mobile applications
• •Expert-level understanding of state management patterns and best practices
• •Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• •Proven track record delivering production applications to iOS and Android
• •Excellent communication skills in Dutch (spoken and written) - required for client collaboration
• •Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend integration
• •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
